PHOTO CONSENT

Belbroughton Cricket Club (“BCC”) follows the ECB's guidance in respect of the use of images of children which is available at www.ecb.co.uk/safeguarding and will take appropriate steps to ensure that such images are used solely for the purposes for which they are intended which is the promotion and celebration of cricketing activities.

BCC will therefore only use images and videos of children for whom we have a signed consent from a parent. For the purposes of this document any references to “Parent” or “parent” incorporate all classifications of legal guardian or carer.

If any photograph or video footage is taken of players or a team or action shots and are used in the BCC Newsletter or any newspaper report or any other form of print media or are posted on any BCC website, its Facebook page, its Twitter page or any other form of social media, or are posted on BCC’s WhatsApp or other messaging platform or on the website of or used in any social media platform or promotional content of the ECB and/or Worcestershire Cricket, individuals will not ordinarily be identified.

If any coach or other individual wishes to take video footage as a legitimate coaching aid as part of BCC’s coaching programme, such video footage and any material taken in such circumstances will be stored securely and deleted or destroyed when the parent of the child in question requests this or when such material is no longer reasonably needed.

Where a child or young person is identified, it will only be with the explicit consent of a parent. Whilst BCC will do what it can to ensure the safety of children captured by either video or still image, it is the responsibility of the parent concerned to ensure that their child is not photographed or filmed and if their child is not to be photographed or filmed and takes part in an activity which results in that child being inadvertently photographed or filmed, neither BCC nor its officers, coaches, managers, members, volunteers, representatives, servants or agents will be liable or held responsible.

Medical Treatment Consent/Medical Conditions

I authorise BCC and any of its coaches, managers, officers, members, volunteers and any of its other representatives and servants to act in loco parentis if the need arises to administer emergency first aid and/or other medical treatment to my child for any injury or other medical emergency or condition. This authorisation and agreement extend the right to the aforementioned legal or natural persons to arrange for immediate medical treatment by any qualified medical personnel and for such personnel to apply such emergency techniques when, in their judgment, they deem appropriate to treat any injury, illness or other medical condition sustained by my child.

CODE OF CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOUR

a) to comply with the” Code of Conduct for Cricket Club Members and Guests” and shall ensure my child complies with the “Code of Conduct for Young People”; and
b) to comply with “the Code of Conduct for players and parents (and their guests and members of their family) when a Junior/Youth team plays a match and when Junior/Youth players attend training sessions and shall ensure that my child complies with this Code of Conduct; and
c) to comply with the Worcestershire Junior Club Cricket Competitions Code of Conduct contained in the document "Junior & Youth Club Cricket Competitions Disciplinary Process"(WCBL Code) which is available at: http://www.worcestershirecricket.co.uk/page/clubs/leaguescompsjuniors/worcestershire-cricket-junior-comps-13383/ and shall ensure that my child complies with the WCBL Code

Terms and Conditions

1. The Membership Application Form must be correctly and accurately completed, and the relevant Membership Fees must be paid to ensure your child is insured under the t’s and c’s of the Club’s insurance policy and is therefore then able to participate in any training sessions or cricket matches organised by Belbroughton CC.

2. Once your child/their parent becomes a member of Belbroughton Cricket Club, they will also become subject to the provisions of the Club’s constitution including its then current Rules and Bye Laws (“Rules”) which can be found in the Info Tab on the home page.

3. Attendance at any Winter training/net sessions for a particular age group or for specific age groups/squads is NOT covered by the Membership Fees specified above. A player will only be able to attend the relevant Winter training/net sessions if invited by a Club coach or manager and following the receipt by the Club of the then current “Winter Training Sub” which must be paid before a child can attend.

4.Attendance at any indoor training or practice session and/or any outdoor or other cricket activities or matches organised by Belbroughton CC may also be subject to acceptance of Club's Code of Conduct for BCC Junior Coaching Programmes/Matches including Young Tons and All Stars reflecting the then current requirements of the Government & the ECB regarding cricket activities.

5.The Membership Fees are non- refundable

6. You cannot cancel your order and receive any refund. If you do cancel your membership the Membership Fees will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed at the discretion of the trustees of Belbroughton Cricket Club.

7. Admission as a junior member(including, under the Youth, Girls, Young Tons and U16-18 Boys junior membership categories), senior playing member or senior non-playing member is in all cases also conditional upon any approval referred to in the Admission Procedure which is specified in the then current constitution of Belbroughton Cricket Club being obtained.

8. Every Senior Playing Member and Senior Non-Playing Member has the right to vote and has one vote at general meetings of Belbroughton Cricket Club including, any annual general meeting of Belbroughton Cricket Club, unless otherwise provided in the rights of a particular class of membership under the then current constitution of Belbroughton Cricket Club including, the Rules .

9. A junior member has no right to vote at any general meeting (including, any annual general meeting) of Belbroughton Cricket Club and no parent or guardian of a junior member who is a non-playing member has the right to vote at any general meeting (including, any annual general meeting) of Belbroughton Cricket Club (unless the parent or guardian is a Senior Playing Member, an Hon Life Member, an Hon Playing Member, a Non-Playing Platinum Life Member or a Senior Non-Playing Member) and such junior member and such non-playing member will be categorised as a non-voting member as specified in the then current Constitution of the Club.
