GDPR Regulations

The new General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR) is changing the way personal information must be used. To prepare for these changes we need to provide certain information to you about how we use personal information relating to you and or your children. We also need your permission in certain circumstances to hold and use such personal information and to inform you of the rights you have under the GDPR.

I, the under-signed, agree that BCC and any of the officers, team captains, team managers and other representatives of BCC (BCC Officers) have the right to collect and process my personal data and or any personal data in respect of any child of mine in accordance with the BCC Privacy Policy (as updated from time to time).

I have read and accept the information contained in the BCC Privacy Policy which appears in a notice displayed at BCC’s premises and on the BCC Play-cricket website and/or the Belbroughtoncc.co.uk website and acknowledge that any updated version of the BCC Privacy Policy will be similarly displayed at BCC’s premises and placed on the BCC Play-cricket website and/or the Belbroughtoncc.co.uk website.

By submitting my personal data or any personal data relating to any child of mine I accept the terms of the BCC Privacy Notice (as updated from time to time) and consent to BCC and any BCC Officer using such PD in accordance with this Privacy Notice (as updated from time to time).
