To become a member the relevant Membership Application Form must be correctly completed and the relevant Membership Fees must be paid.
In addition to the Terms and Conditions which are set out in each Membership Application Form PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC BELBROUGHTON CC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Terms and Conditions
1. The Membership Application Form must be correctly and accurately completed, and the relevant Membership Fees must be paid to ensure your child is insured under the t’s and c’s of the Club’s insurance policy and is therefore then able to participate in any training sessions or cricket matches organised by Belbroughton CC.
2. Once your child/their parent becomes a member of Belbroughton Cricket Club, they will also become subject to the provisions of the Club’s constitution which can be found in the Info Tab on the home page.
3. Attendance at any Winter training/net sessions for a particular age group or for specific age groups/squads is NOT covered by the Membership Fees specified above. A player will only be able to attend the relevant Winter training/net sessions if invited by a Club coach or manager and following the receipt by the Club of the then current “Winter Training Sub” which must be paid before a child can attend.
4.Attendance at any indoor training or practice session and/or any outdoor or other cricket activities or matches organised by Belbroughton CC may also be subject to acceptance of Club's Code of Conduct for BCC Junior Coaching Programmes/Matches including Young Tons and All Stars reflecting the then current requirements of the Government & the ECB regarding cricket activities.
5.The Membership Fees are non- refundable
6. You cannot cancel your order and receive any refund. If you do cancel your membership the Membership Fees will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed at the discretion of the trustees of Belbroughton Cricket Club.
7. Admission as a junior member(including, under the Youth, Girls, Young Tons and U16-18 Boys junior membership categories),senior playing member or senior non-playing member is in all cases also conditional upon any approval referred to in the Admission Procedure which is specified in the then current constitution of Belbroughton Cricket Club being obtained.
8. Every Senior Playing and Senior Non-Playing Member has the right to vote and has one vote at general meetings, including any annual general meeting, of Belbroughton Cricket Club unless otherwise provided in the rights of a particular class of membership under the then current constitution of Belbroughton Cricket Club or its then current Rules and Byelaws ("Rules") .
9. A junior member has no right to vote at any general meeting (including any annual general meeting) of Belbroughton Cricket Club and no parent or guardian of a junior member who is a non-playing member has the right to vote at any general meeting (including any annual general meeting),of Belbroughton Cricket Club (unless the parent or guardian is a Senior Playing Member, an Hon Life Member, an Hon Playing Member, a Non-Playing Platinum Life Member or a Senior Non-Playing Member) and such junior member and such non-playing member will be categorised as a non-voting member as specified in the then current constitution of the Club.
